Our Story

Our story began in 1984, when our founder, Ramesh Mishra, came to Kolkata from Yangon with a vision to build a professional and trustworthy real estate consultancy. Starting from Ezra Street, he established the business under the name Sharma & Co., laying the foundation for what would become a respected name in the city’s real estate landscape.

What began with consultancy for shops and showrooms soon expanded into land transactions, commercial properties, and real estate development advisory. Through dedication, market knowledge, and strong relationships, Sharma & Co. became associated with several prominent developments in Kolkata.

Under Mr. Mishra’s guidance, the company contributed to notable projects including the prestigious Sunflower Complex, along with consultancy assignments connected with Delhi Public School Ruby Park and Delhi Public School Kasba, among many other landmark ventures across the city.

Before his passing in 2015, Mr. Ramesh Sharma gave the company a new identity—Devvrat Realtors.
